General Rules for all Yorkshire Order of Merit Championships
- The Championship shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and such Local Rules as shall be approved by the Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting a Yorkshire Order of Merit Championship.
- All Yorkshire Order of Merit Championships shall be by Stroke Play from Scratch over 36 holes, the player returning the lowest aggregate score being the winner. In the event of a tie for a Yorkshire Order of Merit Championship there will be a play off or a card play off as determined by the Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting the Championship.
- The Championship Committee of the individual Club hosting the Championship shall settle all matters relating to the Championship.
- All other information relating to individual Championships can be accessed by contacting the individual clubs hosting the Championships.
